In October 2020, in the city of Novosibirsk, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "Biodiversity and resources of wild medicinal plants in some regions of Central Tajikistan" in the specialty (03.02.14 Biological resources)

The main area of ​​scientific research: Biodiversity and natural resources of wild-growing medicinal plants, dendrology, forestry, influence of the environmental factors on seed productivity and plant raw materials, etc.;

Educational and methodological activity: He is the author of 5 textbooks (Medicinal plants, 2007; Dendrology, 2009; Medicinal plants (practical and laboratory studies), 2012; Fundamentals of forestry, 2013; Forestry, 2014; 1st monograph "Biological diversity and resources of wild medicinal plants of Varzob gorge ", 2017; 10 different methodological manuals for the implementation of coursework and control works, training and industrial practice, and 4 methodological recommendations for production, which are confirmed by acts of implementation;

Personnel training in 2021-23, two candidates of biological sciences were trained, one in the specialty 03.02.01botany, the other in 1.5.20 biological resources. Currently he is the scientific supervisor of 3 applicants for the degree of Doctor of Biological Sciences in the specialty 03.02.01Botany.
